Slacking might be an understatement. That isn’t good as the idea behind my actifit journey was to get my cholesterol in check. And two days in a row of not getting my ideal 10k is such a bummer. Anyways back on track tomorrow.
That’s the thing with slipping off routine, keep doing it and it becomes the new routine. Anyways, tomorrow is another day. Otherwise I am going to have to pinch myself real hard 😉
