Greetings and good day everyone! Happy Monday and welcome to my fitness report. I hope this day finds you well.
About me, today’s been really awesomely active and productive in terms of stepping and I had a terrific and wonderful time with my activities today.
First off, I was up early doing my routine i.e., warmup exercises and also calisthenics in the living room while watching the news.
Then off walking around the neighborhood and jogging and running at the nature trail park under the sunny blue skies and cool fresh air; it was around 55-62F degrees. The weather temp was just about right and not so exhausting. And as always I took a few pictures and listened to some music to keep me going in a pleasant mood.
I got back home just a few minutes before ten o’clock thus I achieved the automaticwin then I did a cool down, rested for a little bit and had a light breakfast while again watching the news. Then I also managed to read some posts on steemit and responded to a few.
Come afternoon I went grocery shopping and then I went and drove back to the nature trail park and walked for a few rounds there and came home and now ending my stepping activity for the day. Overall, I had a fun time with my activities for today.
