so what is the chance that a low power account will achieve that with out a large investment in steem?
I'm here looking for something to send to @curie for a large vote and saw your post.
There's lots of chance and you don't need a large investment. HF21 happened and with only a little STEEM you can get noticed.
Make some effort, 500 words, original photography.. write whatever you want.. be creative.. and I'll make it happen for you.
Tip: Actifit posts don't count.
I can't find even one post to submit tonight. It's a similar tale on most nights.
There are people just like me looking for these kinds of posts. Do one, and you may be surprised.
At least you now have 6c instead of 1c.

@actifit post are worthy if they have content, thoughts or ideas for sharing. IMO.
I'm pretty sure they are not covered under the rules, but some I have seen some that are good. The interface makes it hard to produce them with multiple images etc.., something I pointed out to Actifit a long time ago.
You really haven't tried enough. There are lots of underrated posts that go under the radar in my opinion and thanks to auto votes it's the same people that get good amount of upvotes everyday. Some deserve them, some not. Quality is subjective though. I'm in bed already otherwise I would have recommended you some for curie. Maybe next time.
I have to agree in some cases.
It's time, a precious resource that I have little of. I do find several every week.
