Very good solution
But traffic seems to be easy to be cheated
Maybe you can use the area to consider
such as
East Asia’s traffic share is 25%
Traffic in North America is 30%
The proportion of traffic in the European region is 27%
to divide the world into several major regions.
Assuming that East Asia is being brushed, no matter how high he brushes, he only gets 25 points.
in other words
Each region has a maximum score for its traffic
