Sunday morning running 🇮🇹 Corsa di domenica mattina

Sunday I finished a 10.008km running that lasted about 1hh:4mm:54ss !

Despite my intent, I didn't run last Thursday, and neither Friday nor Saturday.
So on Sunday a run was a must, along with my running "partner".
We found ourselves at 9:30 calmly and started warming up for a couple of kilometers.
Then the pace has increased, especially in the last two kilometers.
Maybe I forced too much, because the activity left me without energy ... who knows?

Malgrado il mio intento, Giovedì scorso non ho corso, e neppure venerdì nè sabato.
Quindi domenica era d'obbligo una corsetta, assieme al mio "socio" di running.
Ci siamo trovati alle 9:30 con tutta calma e abbiamo iniziato il riscaldamento per un paio di chilometri.
Poi il passo è aumentato, soprattutto negli ultimi due chilometri.
Forse ho forzato troppo, perchè l'attività mi ha lasciato senza energie... chissà?

Ciao caro! Da runner esperto ti posso dire che se hai finito senza "benzina" hai sbagliato qualcosa nel pre-corsa.
Il riscaldamento è importante ma lo è altrettanto l'alimentazione nelle ore precedenti l'allenamento. Ti consiglio di mangiare una fetta di pane con marmellata (va bene anche quello in cassetta, confezionato) un'ora prima della corsa e bere nel contempo mezzo litro di acqua.
Durante la corsa cerca di assumere almeno 250ml di bevanda isotonica da bere a piccoli sorsi a intervalli regolari.
Vedrai che arriverai alla fine dell'allenamento con le energie per un bell'allungo finale e recupererai le energie dopo una bella doccia ;-)

Non sono esperta di fitness e non ti posso dire in cosa hai sbagliato.. ma noto con piacere che non molli mai nonostante tutto 😉 ti meriti sicuramente una bella e buona !BEER
