Do you do fasting from time to time?
Do you do fasting from time to time? I do. I just started recently I year ago. Before doing anything recommended first to educate yourself how to do it correctly. So you can do fasting for 72 h and you don't feel hungry or tired. O even more energetic and powerfull. My strength increased and keep loosing the body fat. It is amazing. I can lift squat and deadlift more with lower body weight and without eating.
My body loves intermitted fasting and keto.
