There just seems to be too much money in the area and everyone is living the good life.
except all the 4000 lady caddies who are being molested by arrogant chinese burocrats and nouveau riche.

I thought about that as well as why women caddies. The one thing they said was changing was that the Chinese are no longer entertaining clients at the Karaoke bars but at the golf clubs. The common denominator is still being surrounded by women.
