I admit that it is difficult for me to get up early, I am one of those who like to extend my stay between the sheets while I wake up, but having school-age children does not help much in this task, so there is no choice but to get up, prepare breakfast for the kids, take them to the school bus stop and run with the dog to the nearby hill to discover another way to see the city during sunrise, while running.
There is no other time of day to see these colors...
In addition, the temperature reaches its maximum point of freshness, from here, the heat begins to rise and any outdoor exercise becomes very difficult...
30 minutes of aerobic activity while enjoying the peace of the city at dawn and recognizing that I was right to get up so early.
Another 30 minutes and the city will become a hive of traffic and people coming and going stressed, myself included...
You don't know how good it feels to run a little at this time, at least I can face the worst day of the week in the best possible way.

I don't remember the last time I woke up and got out at that hour. I should probably get a dog or a job... I guess a dog would be more fulfilling though.
For sure, a job is a pain
this was the case for me almost my entire life.
I enjoy early mornings but see far too few. I did promise myself no more after my army days as that was pure hell up at 4am every morning for 2 years. I do the early morning game drives when we go to the bush to see the animals, but try and stay in bed when I don't have to. I do like the early morning and see the appeal of it as it is the best time of the day like you say.
