So this week we had a $17,538 increase to the pool from post earnings.

THE POOL

To get the value of the pool, we must first convert the earnings from posts in Hive and then add them to those deriving from sales.

The value that will come out of it will be probable even if it will not be exact due to market fluctuations and exchange rate approximations.

$557.155 is equivalent at the time of this writing to approximately 1,584.404 Hive.

The pool that is created, therefore amounts to

1,451.700 + 1,584.404 + 1,545.000 = 4,581.104 Hive

Today we will be distributing 9,650 weekly HIVE divided as you see in the table above.

If we want to calculate an annual return value, we just need to multiply the interest distributed this week by the number of weeks that make up a year, i.e. 52.
We thus obtain an annual interest of 501,800 Hive.
This means that we are getting a total annual return of around 34.14% on the initial investment made.

WHAT IF YOU WANT TO JOIN TODAY?

Given the numerous sales, especially EPIC and SPECIAL EDITION we expect a slight decrease in annual revenues compared to the past week.
Let's now look at the return percentages for each individual type of NFT.

Let's start with the COMMON series of NFTs.
A common NFT today has a return of around 19.76% per annum. At the beginning of November 2022 it had an APR of 5.80%.

The purchase of a RARE NFT, to date, guarantees you a return of 23.71% per year.
Early November 2022 APR for the Rare version was 6.95%

Having an EPIC NFT in your wallet today generates an annual interest of 31.61%.
At the beginning of November 2022, however, it generated "only" 9.26%.

Finally, a SPECIAL EDITION today lets you take home 35.56% a year.
At the beginning of November 2022 it yielded 10.43%.

Until the end of June all HIVE earned from the sales of our NFTs, HIVE earned from the REWARDS of our posts and curations will be 100% entered into the POOL to increase your earnings faster. (They will always be retained about 30 SWAP.HIVE allows the development of various games.
NFTFRAPPE distributes passive earnings, swap.hive on Monday.
NFTFRAPPE distributes second level tokens obtained from posts ( #PGM #FUN #ONEUP #THGAMING #SPORTS) on Mondays.
NFTFRAPPE distributes passive earnings, swap.hives and tokens, on Mondays.
To increase your earnings we have decided to allow all holders of our NFTs to slightly increase their earnings from the pool.

Questa settimana abbiamo quindi avuto un incremento di 17,538 $ per la pool derivante dai guadagni dei post.

LA POOL

Per avere il valore della pool, dobbiamo convertire prima i guadagni dai post in Hive e poi sommarli a quelli derivanti dalle vendite.

Il valore che ne uscirà fuori, sarà verosimile anche se non sarà esatto dovuto alle oscillazioni di mercato e alle approssimazioni di cambio.

557,155 $ equivalgono al momento in cui scriviamo a circa 1.584,404 Hive.

La pool che si viene a creare, ammonta quindi a

1.451,700 + 1.584,404 + 1.545,000 = 4.581,104 Hive

Se vogliamo calcolare un valore di ritorno annuo, ci basterà moltiplicare l'interesse distribuito questa settimana per il numero delle settimane che compongono un anno, e cioè 52.

Fino a fine Giugno tutti gli HIVE guadagnati dalle vendite dei nostri NFT, gli HIVE guadagnati dalle REWARDS dei nostri post e dalla curation verranno inseriti al 100% dentro alla POOL per aumentare i vostri guadagni più velocemente. (Verranno trattenuti sempre circa 30 SWAP.HIVE per permettere lo svolgimento dei vari giochi.
NFTFRAPPE distribuisce i guadagni passivi, swap.hive Lunedì.
