Fight against myself...
I have proposed it to myself, 3 days of running a week at least...
The problem is that we began to experience quite hot days in these latitudes but, hey, I've trained in worse conditions... it seems incredible that I'm lamenting the temperature with all the kilometers I've covered at this point in my life. But I guess these feelings have their roots in having stopped being consistent with my training, not voluntarily but compulsorily due to work...
Now I have to fight against myself to get back into a routine that was so easy for me to maintain in the past.
Either way, I've done the training! 5km run under the midday sun, at a gentle pace but no less demanding given my current physical conditions...
It was 5km in 24 minutes, then a bit of jogging to finish off and then the corresponding short stretching table, a total of about 40 minutes of training, enough to start the week!

It started to heat up in here as well but we still have the occasional rain... Took a break from my gym routine cuz I got cold... I guess ice cold beers are not for me.
Come on! Cold Beer is the perfect isotonic drink!
5km three times sounds like a good way to stay in shape, Heaven knows when I will take running seriously even if it is 2km two or three times a week.
