Saludos equipo, vuelvo por estos lados; ya estando un poquitico más libre, aunque mis entrenamientos deben intensificarse y ocupar más tiempo; las lluvias no me están ayudando.

El sábado hice mi primer largo, aunque 5k fueron caminando, pero en montaña. Hice 15 en total, porque me fui corriendo desde casa. La vez pasada, hace unos meses lo intenté y no pude, principalmente porque calculé mal la distancia, pero también porque no estaba en forma. Ahora ya estoy retomando la resistencia y me siento más preparado, aunque todavía estoy lejos de lo óptimo para el Maratón CAF.

El sábado íbamos a ir los de Hive Run, al Ávila, a subir hasta el teleférico, pero varios arrugaron por las lluvias. A mí me encanta la montaña con lluvia, muy distinto a correr en la calle. Por eso me decidí subir al Volcán, que es una montaña cerca de mi casa. No le crean mucho al nombre, en Venezuela no hay volcanes 😁

Como siempre esta montaña enamora. Es mucho más tranquila que la principal de la ciudad, El Ávila, donde va mucha gente. Aquí en El Volcán se puede apreciar la tranquilidad y vegetación diferente, como la gran cantidad de pinos.

Espero que pasen las lluvias para hacer más fuerte el entrenamiento y no dejarlo para el último mes...

As always, this mountain is enchanting. It's much quieter than the main mountain in the city, El Ávila, where lots of people go. Here at El Volcán, you can enjoy the tranquility and different vegetation, such as the large number of pine trees.

I hope the rains pass so I can train harder and not leave it until the last month...
