@chris-uk just finished a 30.32km walk, that lasted for 334 minutes.
This walk helped chris-uk burn 3029.0 calories.

Description from Strava: Another Sunday another hike.

Really enjoyed this one and also went further than the previous week. Weather a little cooler than the coastal hike but still very good conditions for the hike. Big thanks to Katie Millar for joining me on this adventure and planning the route.

Legs worked hard today.

That's pretty epic again. Your legs ought to be feeling it. Hope they are not too bad tomorrow.

I really felt it on this walk. Got blisters as my battle wounds. My legs are very sore, but I now dedicate a few minutes before bed to stretching and for the most part I think it helps me the following day with my recovery. I might look into some vitamins and maybe Hydration products maybe that stuff helps maybe it does not. I will do some digging.

Overall a blast and a great Sunday. Will continuously look to do hikes more often I am really enjoying it.
