Monday Run - 6km

dannewton just finished a 6.32km run, that lasted for 41 minutes.
This run helped dannewton burn 684.5 calories.

Description from Strava: Always good to tick of the first run of the week, even if it is only a shorter one. Plus after a long day in the office I don't have too much time available. To be fair it was probably best to keep it short after the distance I covered at the weekend (after the walk down to parkrun, doing parkrun, running home, and then walking to the shops I wasn't far off 20km.)

Considering that, I didn't feel particularly tired or anything, which is a plus!

Today's route was to go down to Waddington for a quick loop around and then back. I did try to keep a sensible pace, but I wasn't always successful haha!

About the Athlete: Living in the UK, I am an intermittent Runner, but always striving for more consistency. When I'm not training I can be found photographing insects or listening to really loud angry music (which is the best type of music obviously!)

Do you walk to the place where you're running, or didn't I understand that correctly? !PIZZA

No, its me not being very clear again lol

I walked to the event a few days ago as I'm not physically ready to run 14km (yet).

This run was only 6km and I'm comfortable with that distance so I ran it all

Ok, I understand, But anyway I wouldn't like to walk several kilometers before to race (and definitely wouldn't like to walk back several kilometers. !CTP
