Just a short one to stretch my legs...

Feeling tired today, mostly due to a very busy week at work, and included having to do a split shift yesterday. Why is it doing 4 hours, going home for 3 hours, and then coming back for another 4 hours feels harder than just doing 8 hours straight? Dunno, but for whatever reason I was feeling tired last night and I still felt tired this morning.

I was also still feeling achy from the run 2 days ago (it was my first run in a while and it showed lol). But no matter, I was due a run today, and so I laced up my shoes and headed out.

Todays effort was a short loop round the village, just to try and loosen up and stretch my legs, and it worked to be fair. I definitely feel better afterwards. I didn't bother looking at the pace or the watch other than to aim for 20ish minutes of exercise.

Nothing else to report really other than spotting some lovely mushrooms on the way round (these are Sulphur Tuft - Hypholoma fasciculare by the way). They look nice, but are toxic to eat, so I guess I'll leave them there...

Instead I'll go have a boring, sensible bowl of porridge, and then start getting ready for work (only 19 days to go until I leave, not that I'm counting haha!)

A short run is better than nothing. A couple of miles is more than some people can manage. The poisonous fungi are best avoided. I don't enough know about them to even chance it.

That's 3.117 Km more than I've done in a long time Dan! Good to see you back on the Hive and see you've done well here!

Cheers Chris, I've been inactive posting wise for most of this year, but I kept an eye on the dlease stuff (delgating HP out and getting paid for it) so my account has kept gradually going up.

All thanks to you getting me involved in the first place (hell, I've now invested in BTC, ADA and SOL, so I'll blame you for that too haha!)

I hope you're well mate :-)
