It's Been A Tough Winter

I just finished a 8.04km cycling that lasted about 0hh:30mm:23ss !

It has been a struggle trying to get out on the bike, mostly due to bad weather with bouts of cold every now and then. Mid-Winter here in New Zealand.

Just walking around caused slight discomfort, quite noticeable when you don't do any form of exercise mainly in my back. So even though there were small bursts of rain today, I needed to go out and put in some time.

Tonight as I write this up, more heavy rain arrives. I'm hoping tomorrow will bring a much drier day. As with all these small rides, I really enjoy them.
