Description from Strava: Had a rough night sleep basically stayed awake from 2am. Rose at 5am to head out for a run before the day starts. Wasn't feeling my best so did some interval running. So pushed myself a bit on the runs not bad at all and almost managed 8 loops around the track.

Was pretty knackered and still had a big deadline. Last night I started with flu symptoms. And now I'm sick so I guess my body is telling me to slow down.
