Thanks Steve! Back to school again and so behind with the holidays. But just doing what I can do stay on track. How are things with you?
Not too bad here. I try to keep running through the winter, but at least there's no snow. Got a big 10k in London next month, so I want to be fit for that.
That's great. Glad to see you back to your routine after taking ill. Winter running can be a challenge, but you just have to get out there!!! Good luck with the 10k! I know you going to smash it! I'll hopefully squeeze my first run for the week in tomorrow. Mosquitoes have been attacking during the night so we have passed on rising early for runs 😂
Luckily we don't get many bugs here. The British climate has some advantages.
