new.things just finished a 6.96km run, that lasted for 62 minutes.
This run helped new.things burn 523.0 calories.

Description from Strava: Strava2hive easy one hour run/ walk on mostly single tracks was trying for 7km plus but was not moving that well after yesterday's parkrun so I was a little short. Usually I would push longer and harder to round up and make all the stats look good but that might be why I am getting too many aches and strains. I think I need to really focus on the easy and build slower.

They have been doing some clearing on our local single track trails in preparation for some back burning. I suppose they need vehicular access to burn safely to get ready for our dry season.

We have had some rain over the past week and there is still more mushrooms popping up.

I call this run the 5 fingers as I do 5 out and back along single track trails in some valleys trying to avoid most of the hills. Still got 87 metres of elevation gain, the pace was slow as I did a bit of walking and stopped for a few photos. That also helped keep the average heart rate low overall.
