I just got over the 60km mark last week and am one the way this week too.

One session was 6 x 400 metre hill repeats, I find these the hardest on heavy legs.

I did 10 x 100m strides another day trying to improve top end speed.

And the last screen shot is my parkrun heart rate zone I worked pretty hard for a slow time on a hilly course, hopefully I can be a little fresher this week.
