Afternoon Run

I just finished a 11.781km running that lasted about 1hh:2mm:39ss !

Another run with my silent but committed partner! Mixed it up here with fields & roads. I accidentally came back on myself & therefore went about 1.5miles further than initially planned but I found a new footpath in the mean time. The route was meant to be an anti clockwise loop but managed to end up a more like a figure of 8. Next time i’ll get the route right. Using an app called view finder, it shows all (or many) of the footpaths near where you are so you can find some good off road routes. I however had my map upside down & went the wrong way haha.
I didn’t see anyone in the fields except for a farmer ploughing a field so I think i’ve found my new quiet run!
Foot is feeling niggly again... but i work in a hospital & my chances of getting covid & being off my feet for 2-3 weeks are pretty high so i’m going to take my chances & run whilst i’m well enough to do so!!! It can heal when I’m bed bound.
