Recovery Run

I just finished a 10.773km running that lasted about 1hh:0mm:46ss !

Lovely evening recovery run through fields, puddles & a fair few nettles. 10k & a bit at just over 9min mile pace. Joined by my doggo, Ray.
Slow paced runs are so enjoyable, you can take in all the views & smells. It’s even better when it’s June & drizzling because that means you stay nice & cool!

You have uploaded 66 running activities, and 17 of them have been of similar distances (within 10 percent)!
Here are your 5-fastest running activities of a similar distance:

Over these 17 similar activities, you have travelled approximately 178.31 kms at an average pace of roughly 5:03 min/km!
Your latest run was at a pace of approximately 5.64min/km!
Looks like you went a bit slower this time! Remember that it's important to take some rest days, and do some rehab / prehab / strength and conditioning training too! If you weren't intending to go slower, take a moment to listen to your body, and see if you need something. Check in with yourself!

You need to stake more BEER (24 staked BEER allows you to call BEER one time per day)

Watch out for those nettles. A sting can be annoying for ages.

By the time I had 10 stings I stopped feeling any new ones!

Ow! I know dock leaves are supposed to help, but they don't totally cure it.

BTW If you can power up all your Hive your vote will be worth a little more. With that much it is not really worth voting on comments as they won't reach the payout threshold of 2c. Better to vote on posts and don't let your voting power run down too much. That way your vote will have more value and you may earn from curation.

Very helpful! I’m still no good at figuring out how the hive side of things work but I will do the powering up thingy. Thanks
