Back For Another Week

I just finished a 7.052km running that lasted about 0hh:35mm:18ss !
Still waiting for my new training plan, it has been delayed another week.
Till then I am trying to make sure I get back to running 5 times a week again. The WHOOP training plan doesn't look too difficult but with my swim and bike training, I have been pulling back a little on my run training, focusing more on my intensity work and not doing some of the easier sessions.
Went out for a run with @run.kirsty.run though and we had a good workout running for 7km at a nice pace. The weather is fining up as well and getting warmer, which is nice for a change as well.
