Morning Ride

I just finished a 37.126km cycling that lasted about 1hh:34mm:37ss !

I've almost finished my training for the week.

Another week ticked off the plan and even though I was feeling a little unwell towards the start of the week. I made sure I kept the intensity low for the whole week and I am feeling really good now as a result. I will probably do the same for next week to make sure I am coming into the holiday break feeling fresh and ready to take on one or two extra long training sessions.

With a few days off work, we are taking on one or two extra long training rides and runs. It is the perfect time to make use of the extra recovery time we have, but the rides and runs we will be doing will still be sitting in the aerobic level of intensity, but due to the weather heating up, it may mean we are going to be a little more exhausted than normal.
