Morning Ride

I just finished a 35.661km cycling that lasted about 1hh:34mm:30ss !
Cold out there this morning and just happy we didn't have any of the wind that then blew up later in the morning. I needed to have a shower before getting stuck into work because my hands and feet were so numb afterwards. I think I need some warmer gloves as I struggled to even get my key to open the door when I got home.
Either way it was a nice still morning and I enjoyed the ride. Hopefully it will also make me a bit more resilient over the winter and hopefully it won't get any colder than it was this morning.

I don't think I could stand riding a bike in the cold, I feel like I would lose my balance. You must be used to it by now.
Actually it was that cold my eyes were not able to focus correctly...I probably should have stopped
Oh yes it must not be very good to cycle with so much cold, I imagine that at some time of the year you must wait until the weather is warmer to go cycling again.
