steevc just finished a 6.96km run, that lasted for 40 minutes.
This run helped steevc burn 522.0 calories.

Description from Strava:
I was at the pub for another acoustic session last night. We had lots of people in and it was really good fun. I only had one beer as I know it can disagree with me.

The morning was overcast, but not cold. My cycle ride on Sunday left me with sore legs, so I was just seeing how the run would go. This was definitely a run of two halves. The second was much quicker than the first. That is a combination of warming up and also due to coming back down the hill from Fairfield. It was not quite a quick as last week, but still an improvement on recent performance. Not that it gets easier as you tend to work harder as you get fitter and I was exhausted by the time I got home for breakfast.

It is looking quite pretty out there with all the blossom on the trees. There are daffodils around too. The weather is still variable and we have had rain in the last couple of days. My solar panels are productive despite this as they can work when it is cloudy.

@strava2hive has had a small improvement so that it now puts two photos into the Hive post it creates. That may encourage me to include more pictures.

I should be running at parkrun on Sunday.

Run free!

Amazing post. It’s always a joy, seeing one push forward even when the body is sore. All the best at parkrun. Stay winning !

Those are some really nice looking trees! The tree in front of our house suddenly has blooms all over it. The bees were out in full force last night and some of them were huge! It's like it just sprung to life overnight!

I've seen a fair few bees around here. Nature is messed up, but some of these things give me hope. We need to cherish nature more than we do.
