Morning Run: The hills are alive

@steevc just finished a 6.08km run, that lasted for 38 minutes.

Description from Strava:
I was at the pub for our regular music session last night. It was nice to have a couple of new guys playing their original songs. I do not play my guitar much, but I manage to remember some songs. I have been doing an online bass course recently and that is hard on the fingers.
This morning was cool and dry. I did not sleep great, but I got out anyway for a run and did my usual hill sprints.
There not too many people around, but the birds were really vocal up West Drive where there are plenty of trees. We have been seeing more birds in the garden lately too.
These runs up the hill are never easy and I found it hard today. The times were not my best, but I needed the workout. I get a free health check every five years on the NHS and I went for that this week. When the lady took my blood pressure she remarked on my low heart rate that will be mostly down to running. It will be around 55 when I am just sitting, but peaks much higher when I run.
My next run should be at parkrun on Saturday. That is getting less muddy now. We have a long weekend for Easter.

Wow, that does seem pretty low. I guess as long as they aren't concerned it's a good thing. Nice job on your run! I was hoping to get some extra walking in this weekend, but the weather doesn't look like it will cooperate.
Some sports people have resting heart rates in the 30s. My health seems generally good, but my cholesterol could be slightly better. I think I eat pretty well generally.
Mine is usually between 60 and 70 I think.

If you didn't know I've been getting downvoted for a long time on Hive
They have been trying to bully me with downvotes and words but it doesn't affect me I've been online for over 25 years
So I've dealt with people like this before it's nothing new
But what they are doing is bad Very badi joined steemit like everyone else thinking it offers freedom but I must say steemit offered much more freedom than Hive does
Everyone already knows I only post my own original content I have no need to steal anything from anyone
I've been labelled a lot of things on Hive 😂 by the biggest farmers scammers and downvoters
Actions speak louder than any words do especially when them words are coming from a compolsive liars

If you didn't know I've been getting downvoted for a long time on Hive
They have been trying to bully me with downvotes and words but it doesn't affect me I've been online for over 25 years
So I've dealt with people like this before it's nothing new
But what they are doing is bad Very badi joined steemit like everyone else thinking it offers freedom but I must say steemit offered much more freedom than Hive does
Everyone already knows I only post my own original content I have no need to steal anything from anyone
I've been labelled a lot of things on Hive 😂 by the biggest farmers scammers and downvoters

Hello everyone I hope you are all good and well today in this post is some of the evidence to prove my case
If you didn't know I've been getting downvoted for a long time on Hive
They have been trying to bully me with downvotes and words but it doesn't affect me I've been online for over 25 years
So I've dealt with people like this before it's nothing new
But what they are doing is bad Very badi joined steemit like everyone else thinking it offers freedom but I must say steemit offered much more freedom than Hive does
Everyone already knows I only post my own original content I have no need to steal anything from anyone
I've been labelled a lot of things on Hive 😂 by the biggest farmers scammers and downvoters
