Getting the Negative Split!

It feels great to get the nagative Split on my runs lately. I can't really put my finger on why I'm finally being able to do it in my last runs, maybe I've overcomed a mental barrier..? 🤔
Today it was pouring down, but I tend to like it. It makes me feel mentally stronger to be able to go through with my training, even though mother earth is trying to stop me 👊😆

I often find I am quicker later in a run. I think I just take a while to warm up. Well done!
