Below the storm

I just finished a 8.224km running that lasted about 0hh:46mm:7ss !

Seems we have a sudden change of weather here at Barcelona area.
Dark clouds are coming and wind guts are more and more frequent.
It is the typical way we have here at the end of the summer time. Cold air coming from the north that clashes with the high humidity and hot temperatures of the Mediterranean sea after quite some days of roasted heat.
I went for running exactly at the moment I could appreciate a slight drop on the temperatures, maybe just 1 degree less than in the middle of the afternoon but good enough to push me out.

I opted for repeating another "Hilly" session, slightly longer this time since I feel better from the pains observed at the start of the week.
And I have enjoyed of the nice show of the clouds coming in the sky over the old Olympic stadium of Barcelona, at half way of the top of the hill.

Today run was about 8 km, summing up the four runs done till today it is 24.5 km... Very good to start the running season with...but perhaps I will repeat on Sunday again.

Keep on running!

You have uploaded 173 running activities, and 45 of them have been of similar distances (within 10 percent)!
Here are your 5-fastest running activities of a similar distance:

Over these 45 similar activities, you have travelled approximately 377.68 kms at an average pace of roughly 5:21 min/km!
Your latest run was at a pace of approximately 5.607min/km!
Looks like you went a bit slower this time! Remember that it's important to take some rest days, and do some rehab / prehab / strength and conditioning training too! If you weren't intending to go slower, take a moment to listen to your body, and see if you need something. Check in with yourself!

Great workout, especially in that heat.
An unusually chilly 10degrees C here this morning! The cold will push down to you soon enough :) running is back on!
