Night run
I just finished a 6.507km running that lasted about 0hh:33mm:40ss !
I skipped yesterday's run since I had family visiting at home. Today I managed to go for running really very late since the work did not allow me to do it earlier.
It is not the best pic I have taken with my phone but I found was original.
The weather was fresher after the past stormy days but still you can feel the humidity outside.
I have felt really well however I didn't push so much and I stayed calmed during the whole run.
Last week pains have almost disappeared and I think I did well resting longer during the weekend.
Seems we are in the proper path of improvement.
