Fast Run on Hills

I just finished a 9.486km running that lasted about 0hh:48mm:34ss !

I was planning to do a long run tomorrow early morning but I changed my mind late this afternoon so I went for to the hills in order to do a not so long but intense run.
The reason why I have changed my mind is because I have received my new pair of Running Shoes, as always, they are the same model, I am so faithful to the Mizuno Wave Rider version 23.
In fact, the ones that you can find nowadays in sports stores are version 24, in case you don't know, the number 24 is because every year a new update of the model comes out, that is, the first version of this model is from 24 years ago.
The version 24 costs around 150 Euro, and the version 23, which is the version from the past year, has costed me 70 Euro, does it not a good deal?
Of course it is, as I said, it is always the same concept structurally speaking and only some of the design changes...and, to tell you the truth, design is an important variable but not the most.
The thing is that I wanted to try them out.
My old running shoes had already 1800 Km and this is not very convenient for a road runner as I am , even if apparently their status are aesthetically ok, the material, in particular the ones of the soil, have lost most of their absorbing capacity.
I did try the new pair and I felt so well while running that I regret to myself for not having changed them earlier, believe me.
Coming back to the run, I did 9.4 Km of hilly run in less than 44 minutes, not a soft one but neither so hard. I am happy with the overall performance of the new shoes and also myself ;-)

Keep on running!!!!

You have uploaded 177 running activities, and 51 of them have been of similar distances (within 10 percent)!
Here are your 5-fastest running activities of a similar distance:

Over these 51 similar activities, you have travelled approximately 483.81 kms at an average pace of roughly 5:06 min/km!
Your latest run was at a pace of approximately 5.12min/km!
Looks like you went a bit slower this time! Remember that it's important to take some rest days, and do some rehab / prehab / strength and conditioning training too! If you weren't intending to go slower, take a moment to listen to your body, and see if you need something. Check in with yourself!

You need to stake more BEER (24 staked BEER allows you to call BEER one time per day)

Keep on running should be your catchphrase. And, look at that shiny pair of shoes. I honestly thought those shoes look really nice and turns out they were new. Good investment. Much better than those crypto investments I did the other day 😆
