First Symbiotic run with Enzo

I just finished a 6.307km running that lasted about 0hh:37mm:11ss !

Just a week has passed since we welcomed Enzo, a Spanish greyhound about 7 months old, rescued from his owner who did not want him and who wanted to give him to some unscrupulous hunter from the outskirts.
It has been 7 very intense days in which the whole family has adapted to the dog but Enzo has also had to adapt to us and our routine.
The truth is that he is an easy dog, he is not excessively afraid and, although he is very young and active, he goes to the call and pays a lot of attention.
Today I decided to go running with him. I have used a special leash and harness for myself and the dog.
In theory, I wear a harness around my waist in which I hook one end of the special extendable leash, the other end obviously hooks into Enzo's harness and normally, the dog must pull you as you run.
Well, this was not the case today.
I was the one who had to pull him to follow me because he was very confused sniffing every corner of the way (LoL).
The plan is to repeat the course a few times so that ENZO can learn where to go and thus to pull more decisively.
At the moment I will limit myself to short trips of 5 or 6 km at most.
It is not about running a marathon but about the dog enjoying it as much as I do and above all, in a coordinated way and in symbiosis with me.
I think we'll have a great time together.

Keep on running!

*When someone tells you that what you want to do is impossible, change the word in your head to hard. What you want to do is hard. Hard is doable – it just requires dedicated work and effort and you can make it happen.
