But before that, I cleaned my terrace, loaded the washing machine with the dirty clothes from the week, had breakfast, and started my full‑body workout while the laundry was being done. Once I finished training, I waited about 20 minutes before taking a cold shower, got dressed, grabbed the bike, and went to do the shopping for lunch. I’d say it’s been quite a busy day, wouldn’t you agree?

Nice, very detailed and positive. My warm-up usually consists of looking for my wallet (just in case I need something savoury at an unplanned mid-rest stops) then mulling around once I realised my phone is on 25% charge. Won't go out unless it's at least 70%, really isn't that long. Enough time to check out my Tribaldex Wallet and stack anything that's showing.
