FELIZ MITAD DE SEMANA💜💜 || HAPPY HALF WEEK💜💜
Hola Hola Amigos activos, los que quedan activos esta semana jeje porque muchos se fueron de vacaciones! Por este lado seguimos activa💪 hoy trabajando con un simple palo de escoba que estoy segura TODOS tienen en casa! Nada del otro mundo, pero super util la rutina y muy efectiva SI Y SOLO SI se acompaña de una alimentacion acorde a nuestra meta, esta y cualquier rutina cumple solo con el 20% de como nos vemos! El otro 80% es la parte mas dificil jeje pero vamos que si se puede💪 recuerden realizar un pequeño calentamiento antes de iniciar, mis favoritos son los burpees, antes de esta rutina realice 15, y ya mi cuerpo estaba lo suficientemente caliente para arrancar😉 asi que vamos👇
Hello Hello Active friends, those who remain active this week hehe because many went on vacation! On this side we are still active💪 today working with a simple broomstick that I'm sure EVERYONE has at home! Nothing big deal, but super useful routine and very effective IF AND ONLY IF accompanied by a diet according to our goal, this and any routine meets only 20% of how we look! The other 80% is the hardest part hehe but come on if you can💪 remember to do a little warm up before starting, my favorite are the burpees, before this routine I did 15, and my body was already warm enough to start😉 so let's go👇
PRIMER MOVIMIENTO || FIRST MOVEMENT
Para iniciar tomamos nuestro palo de escoba y lo colocamos en el cuello, flexionamos un poco las rodillas y hacemos rotacion de nuestro tronco, giramos lo mas que podamos de lado a lado, soplando duro por la boca al finalizar cada giro. Realizamos esto durante 1 minuto corrido
To start we take our broomstick and place it on our neck, bend our knees a little and rotate our trunk, turn as much as we can from side to side, blowing hard through our mouth at the end of each turn. We do this for 1 minute straight
SEGUNDO MOVIMIENTO || SECOND MOVEMENT
Para el segundo movimiento con el palo aun en el cuello, pero esta vez sin flexionar las rodillas vamos a llevar nuestro tronco hacia la derecha haciendo pequeños rebotes, nos mantenemos ahi un minuto y repetimos hacia el otro lado
For the second movement with the stick still in the neck, but this time without bending the knees we will take our trunk to the right making small bounces, we stay there for a minute and repeat to the other side.
TERCER MOVIMIENTO || THIRD MOVEMENT
En el tercer movimiento haremos lo mismo que en el anterior solo que diagonal, aca sentiremos super el enfoque en los rollitos jaja y sabremos perfectamente el grueso del cauchito que tenemos🤣 realizamos igual un minuto en cada lado
In the third movement we will do the same as in the previous one only diagonal, here we will feel the focus on the rolls haha and we will know perfectly the thickness of the cauchito we have🤣 we do the same one minute on each side.
CUARTO MOVIMIENTO || FOURTH MOVEMENT
Para el ultimo movimiento haremos una especie de Remo, halando nuestro palo hacia el pecho manteniendolo ahi durante 2 segundos haciendo presion en la espalda, para un mejor rango de movimiento flexionamos las piernas, realizamos 20 repeticiones
For the last movement we will do a kind of Rowing, pulling our stick to the chest and keeping it there for 2 seconds pressing on the back, for a better range of motion we bend our legs, we do 20 repetitions.
Realicé un total de 4 rondas, sumado a 1000 saltos de cuerda, que si tu objetivo es acelerar el metabolismo y que el resto del dia tu cuerpo sea un horno, debes de hacer ese cardio al final de todos tus entrenamientos jeje 💪 mientras tanto nos vemos en la proxima rutina☺🥰
I performed a total of 4 rounds, added to 1000 jumping rope, that if your goal is to accelerate the metabolism and that the rest of the day your body is an oven, you should do that cardio at the end of all your workouts hehe 💪 meanwhile see you in the next routine☺🥰
