28 July 2025: Little Cardio

Heute war ich nach der Arbeit im Fitnessstudio und habe den Fokus eher auf Cardio gelegt, weil ich morgen mit Kollegen trainieren werde. Ich habe zuerst 15 Minuten gerudert, danach etwa 20 Minuten Schultern gemacht – mein schwächster Muskelbereich aktuell. Danach ging es für eine halbe Stunde auf den Crosstrainer.

Das Studio schließt um 23 Uhr, deshalb konnte ich nicht noch länger trainieren. Gewogen habe ich mich heute nicht – ich mache das ja zu Hause und hatte nach dem Training einfach keine Lust mehr. Ich hole das morgen nach. Ich gehe ehrlich gesagt davon aus, dass ich etwas zugenommen habe, weil meine Ernährung in den letzten sieben Tagen ziemlich aus dem Ruder gelaufen ist – durch das viele Arbeiten habe ich öfter gesnackt. Mal sehen, was morgen rauskommt.

After work today, I went to the gym and focused more on cardio since I’ll be training with colleagues tomorrow. I started with 15 minutes of rowing, then did about 20 minutes of shoulder work – currently my weakest muscle group. After that, I spent another 30 minutes on the cross trainer.

The gym closes at 11 p.m., so I couldn’t train any longer. I didn’t weigh myself today – I do that at home and just didn’t feel like it after the workout. I’ll do it tomorrow instead. Honestly, I expect my weight to be up a bit because my diet has been all over the place the past week – with all the long workdays, I’ve been snacking more. We’ll see what the scale says tomorrow.

I would have said that you should compensate your heavy eating with heavy exercise, though it is still much better to work, eat, and exercise in moderation !INDEED. 🤔🧘‍♂️🤯😅 !WEIRD !HOPE

Das ist schon eine ganze Menge wert.

15Min Rudern ist schon hart. Da hast du schon was geleistet zum warm werden. Auch der Rest klingt top!
Also weiter so.
Das deine Ernährung etwas ausartet....
Naja eigentlich kein Wunder. Aber ich bin sicher du bekommst das wieder in den Griff!
Und keine Motivation mehr zum wiegen, das fühle ich total!
Irgendwie fehlt mir aktuell auch jede Menge Motivation...
