My Actifit Report Card: September 26 2025
I had a solid day of steps and activity which included a dry fasted run (no food or water for 12 hours). I’m trying to do that a couple of times a week now to clear out my system while also maximizing fat burn. It’s been super effective for me in the past and so implementing it again now for the foreseeable future. I’m trying to hit some weight loss goals by the end of the year but would love to achieve them a couple of months early in October if possible. Wish me luck!

Great steps! Why are you doing a dry run? I think fasted run is great, but dry? It might be beneficial to be hydrated with just water for this kind of thing...
I love the benefits of dry fasting. Nothing too intense, just like 12-16 hours or so and now throwing in a casual 2 mile run at the end of it makes me feel fantastic plus it burns a ton calories after I've removed all the carbs/energy from my body.
