I was a little annoyed today, my stomach suddenly flared up and I'd been lying in bed all day.
Without thinking, I went to the gym, even though it was already quite late. I did what I could. Finally, I was able to exercise a bit, even though I was enduring some stomach pain.

I would like to start training to lose weight, but I lack motivation because I start and then stop for some reason.
If you make it a goal, you will definitely achieve it. Try also skipping early breakfast and make it brunch. This is another good way to lose weight if you can't go to the gym all time.
