March 25 2023 - An afternoon walk 🚶‍♂️

I spent most of the morning preparing food and cooking. In Ramadan we tend to eat special dishes that need to be prepared ready for ending the fast in the evening.

In the afternoon, I went for a walk. It was bright with a low sun although the wind had a nip to it. I walked nearly 5 km which is not bad when you haven't eaten or drank anything all day. I was thirsty when I got home which was fine as I timed my walk so that I would get home as the sun set.

I then ate, drank and relaxed.
