My Actifit Report Card: February 9 2021

I got in my ring workout early this morning around 7am! This one was my favorite yet since restarting my regime, as I noticed my strength increasing overall.

Using rings for calisthenics is super challenging, but also the most fun I’ve ever had strength training.

Pull Ups
Set 1: 6 Reps
Set 2: 5 Reps

Chin-ups
Set 1: 4 Reps
Set 2: 3 Reps

Ab Raises
Set 1: 12 Reps
Set 2: 12 Reps

Diamond Pushups (on ground without rings)
Set 1: 10 Reps

Solid workout, and I made sure I didn’t go too far so I wouldn’t be crazy sore or hurt tomorrow. This is a perfect amount of volume as I build myself back up.
