My Actifit Report Card: February 13 2021
Started today off right with my calisthenics workout on the rings! And the best part was, I noticed a huge increase in strength.
Getting over the hurdle of missing my workouts for a couple months because of the holidays and getting sick, I now feel like I’m truly back at it and an integrated with my exercises again!
Pull-ups
Set 1: 7 Reps
Set 2: 6 Reps
Chin-ups
Set 1: 5 Reps
Set 2: 6 Reps
Ab Raises
Set 1: 12 Reps
Set 2: 9 Reps
Dips
Set 1: 3 Reps
Pushups (without rings)
Set 1: 10 Reps
Set 2: 10 Reps
After that I rode the bike to the store to refill our water, and got some extra cardio in!
Been making some awesome lifestyle choices here in Costa Rica over the last month, and looking forward to keeping them going when I’m back in the states!
