My Actifit Report Card: February 27 2021

Yesterday was one of those days where I DEFINITELY wasn’t feeling it for a workout, yet I still made it happen!

Some days are like that, but we gotta show up and do what you can even if we’re feeling sluggish.

All exercises performed with rings!

Pull-ups
Set 1: 7 Reps
Set 2: 5 Reps

Ab Raises
Set 1: 8 Reps
Set 2: 8 Reps

Chin-ups
Set 1: 5 Reps
Set 2: 4 Reps

Pushups
Set 1: 2 Reps (pecs we’re hurting, I decided to stop early)

Yeah so I’m glad I got the workout in even though my strength and output weren’t up to par with my usual results, but that’s ok! What matters is to keep going and continuing to form the right habits.
