Today it snowed again. The weather should be like this until March and as such running will be very limited. I do not want to chance slipping on ice again. Here, the local authorities rarely put out grip and ice. At the moment things are worse.
So, training today was a series of short walks totalling just under 6 miles.
Tomorrow may be a running and weights day but that depends on the weather.
