Training was okay today. I finished weight training at around 1am, wen to bed but only did about 13 hours of fasting, instead of the usual 16.
Later on, I went for a walk of about 4 miles. No one else was out but I needed my exercise. My fear with these lockdowns is the longterm health problems that sedentary lifestyles can bring.
We're allowed 1 hour of exercise outdoors so I will take that 1 hour of exercise. Tomorrow is weights and walk... No running due to the rain.
