Thursday's training... Wait, or is today Friday... I no longer Know!
Finished weights at about 1am. Slept, worked, slept,worked, ate, then went for a 3+ mile walk, ate, slept, then walked about 2 miles.
Lockdown has got me down but I am trying to keep fit. Tomorrow may be a jog day, it depends on the weather. One forecast gives rain all day, another says that its sunny. Guess I will take things as it comes.
