My Actifit Report Card: September 10 2023

Today we had a field trip to the daycare center. The destination was the aquarium, and we were to meet at the site. Originally scheduled for June, it was postponed due to a typhoon and was to be held today. I wanted to attend with my whole family, but unfortunately my elder son had a class at school... so it was just me and my younger son.

I saw something interesting on the bus on the way there. My son's friend and his mother were sitting in the seat in front of us, and I saw the mother take out her phone and check it (I didn't peek, I saw it lol). I thought I saw a familiar icon on the phone screen, it was the Coincheck (a Japanese cryptocurrency exchange) app, and the mom checked just the price of bitcoins and closed the app. Maybe there are cryptocurrency investors closer to me than I thought, just because they don't talk about it.

After an hour-long bus ride, we went to our destination, the aquarium. My second son is in the 4-year-old class this year, but most of the events since he started preschool had been canceled due to COVID-19. It had been a long time since he had been to an event with his parents...or rather, it was the first time for him. He must have had a lot of fun, because he said many times after we got home, "Well, today was a fun day !".

I was able to walk over 5,000 steps as I walked around the aquarium. It is a shame that I was so busy trying not to lose sight of my son in the dimly lit aquarium that I was unable to take any pictures. Instead, I will post some photos of the city as I walked last night. I passed people jogging on the bridge several times, which made me realize that I should try my best. It really is cool to see people who can run !

今日は保育園の遠足がありました。遠足、といっても現地集合で行き先は水族館。もともと6月に予定されていたものが台風で延期になり、今日に日程変更されたものでした。家族全員で参加したかったのですが、残念ながら長男は学校…　ということで、私と次男だけで参加してきました。

行きのバスで面白いものを見ました。前の席に座っていたのが次男のお友達とそのママだったのですが、ママがスマホを取り出してチェックしているのが見えてしまいました（覗いたわけじゃないですよ、見えたんです笑）・・なにやら見覚えのあるアイコンだと思ったらコインチェックのアプリで、そのママはビットコインの価格だけチェックして、アプリを閉じたんです。みんな口にしないだけで、意外と身近に暗号資産投資家がいたりするのかもしれません。

一時間ほどバスに揺られて、目的の水族館へ。次男は今年4歳児クラス（年中）ですが、入園以来ほとんどのイベントはコロナのため中止でした。久しぶり・・・というか初めての親子イベントに次男はとても喜んでいて、家に帰ってから何度も「いや～ 今日は楽しい一日だったわ」（5才w）と言っていたので、よほど楽しかったのでしょう。

水族館内を歩き回ったため5,000歩を越えることができました。薄暗い館内で子どもを見失わないようにするのに必死で、写真を撮ることができなかったのが残念です。代わりに昨夜歩いた際の街の写真を載せておきます。橋の上でジョギングをしている人々と何度かすれ違い、私も頑張らなくてはと思いました。

ほんと、走れる人ってかっこいいですよね☺️
