Thanks for visiting, @silvertop! Ah yes, the green of the Northwest. I still miss it. I grew up in Portland, Oregon and went to college there. I have not lived there since but still have relatives in Seattle, Portland and central Oregon, and visit as often as I can. I think the secret is that there is never sustained cold below freezing there, so it stays green. Plus there are so many evergreens!
