Walk at the Beach, My Actifit Report Card: November 2 2025

First post in actifit - just getting started :-)
Went for a coastal walk at the Flensburger Förde today with my dog Tamika and friend @dandegrischdine and her Leonberger gorgeous Ella. Beautiful windy, cloudy day - slightly rough sea, salty air, autumn leaves. I love it here :)

I didn't go swimming today - but the dogs went into the sea :)

Perfect start to moving more again and sharing it here.

it is really easy to get overwhelmed when you start. Trust me, I know how that feels. Just learn at your own pace. I am still doing that, but never be afraid to ask questions.

The list of people you have to follow consists of wonderful, helpful, and knowledgeable individuals.
