Saludos amigos de
Actifit, llegó la primera semana del año 2024 y con ella las ganas de retomar los entrenamientos, el gym abrió el día 03 de enero yo retomé los entrenamientos el día jueves 05 de enero, la verdad no aguantaba las ganas de retomar mis entrenamientos. Ya estoy alcanzando mis objetivos en cuanto a peso y mi condición física.
El día de ayer entrené unas casi 3 horas, realicé varias rutinas de entrenamientos, pero solo logré grabar algunos ejercicios los cuales comparto con todos ustedes acá en este reporte.
Espero inicien su año con motivación y la disciplina necesaria para retomar un estilo de vida balanceado y dinámico, el cual le permita crear un equilibrio en su mente, cuerpo y espíritu.
¡Sin más nada a que hacer referencia! Espero disfruten de mis rutinas de entrenamientos.

Actifit, The first week of the year 2024 arrived and with it the desire to resume training, the gym opened on January 3rd and I resumed training on Thursday January 5th, the truth is that I could not stand the desire to resume my workouts. I'm already reaching my goals in terms of weight and physical condition.
Yesterday I trained for almost 3 hours, I did several workout routines, but I only managed to record some exercises which I share with all of you here in this report.
I hope you start your year with motivation and the necessary discipline to resume a balanced and dynamic lifestyle, which allows you to create a balance in your mind, body and spirit.
