Yesterday I told you how my vendor; poultry farm attendant that supplies me with chicken manure disappointed me by not honoring my order and my deposit. Yes you remember.
Welcome to my blog. I’ll tell you how the unexpected happened today. It’s a good story anyway.
I woke up early today with other plans on my head; I didn’t plan to go out at all because today was declared sanitation day by the Enugu state government.
But all of a sudden, I got a call from unknown person telling me to come to somewhere for chicken manure. I asked him how he managed to know that I’m looking for chicken manure for farming, he told me that someone who saw how my formal vendor disappointed me told him about me and gave him my phone number.
I later went to the address given. I went there after the state sanitation hours.
I was startled 😱 when I got there as I saw what I didn’t expect; they supplied me with huge tons of manure that will go a long way for me this year and at an affordable rate; I mean with a 25% discount to what I used to by from my other vendor.
The poultry floor wasn’t bright yet I managed to take some pictures for a proof of my presence at the poultry farm today.
All pictures are original and was taken with my old and obsolete iphone 5plus; however, I still like it as it still serves me.

Have you ever thought about keeping your own chickens if you need manure?
I have 5 chickens in a suburban home backyard they are great pets that give you eggs, but sounds like you need a lot more manure than they will produce!
Thanks for the advice, I’m planning on having sheep that will produce dung for my cultivation. Chickens are costly to keep in my area. Sheep feeds on grasses which is more economical to me.
