Ten days ago, out of nowhere, milk shot up from 30 tomans (≈$0.3) a kilo to 40 tomans (≈$0.4). (I know — I pay attention to milk because it’s basically my main food group!) Bread jumped about thirty percent too.
So today I went to buy socks — same old pair, and they charged me the same 120 tomans (≈$1.2) like nothing happened — but a 200-gram jar of Jacobs coffee was 980 tomans (≈$9.8), which I’m pretty sure was 700 (≈$7) six months ago.
So here’s my question: is it just us in Iran being extra-sensitive and about to spontaneously combust/revolt, or are people everywhere feeling this and wondering whether to pick a fight with their governments?! What do we do — start a revolution or nah?!
از ده روز پیش یهو شیر از کیلویی سی تومن به کیلویی چهل تومن افزایش قیمت داد (شیر چون قوت غالب‌مه ازش خبر دارم). نون هم همین سی درصد گرون شد. توی این شرایط امروز رفتم جوراب خریدم همون جفتی صد و بیست قدیم باهام حساب کرد و یه شیشه قهوه جیکوبز دویست گرم هم شد نهصد و هشتاد که گمونم شیش ماه پیش هفتصد بود.
حالا سوال من اینه که آیا این فقط ما هستیم که توی ایران از این داستانا داریم و خیلی حساسیم و ممکنه یهو انقلاب کنیم یا بقیه‌ی مردم دنیا هم دارن و به فکر درگیری با حکومت‌شونن؟! چیکار کنیم خلاصه بزنیم یا نه؟!
