My Actifit Report Card: November 29 2023
A water dragon lizard at work, we have had a lot of rain over the past couple of days so maybe he or she has been forced out of the drains because there is not much green area around these parts. It is all pretty industrial.
Fitness wise, it was a morning run/walk, a busy day at work, an afternoon four kilometre stroll in the nature reserve, and some evening lower body strength training.
